Vince Zampella, Has Passed Away in a Los Angeles Traffic Collision

The co-creator of Call of Duty, who helped create the globally famous video game Call of Duty, has tragically died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California aged 55.

The tragic news was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.

The renowned game designer lost his life when his automobile collided and was engulfed in flames on a freeway in LA on Sunday, as reported by.

"We are facing an unimaginable loss, and our deepest sympathies go to Vince's loved ones, those closest to him, and the countless individuals inspired by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts said.
