JuJutsu Kaisen: Execution is not entirely an brand-new feature. Instead, the latest movie from the Jujutsu Kaisen fantasy saga acts as a recap of the anime's second season stitched together with the opening installments of its third season, which begins the Culling Games storyline from the source material. The Thunderclap Issue

"The Thunderclap sequence" from season 2 is widely regarded as a top-tier scene in anime history, in spite of all the controversy in the previous year when the series first premiered.
